You can return your items for free within 30 days from delivery or store purchase date.

Items must:

  • Be unworn, free from any signs of wear
  • Have the original tags attached
  • Have been delivered to you or ready for pick up at a store less than 30 days ago.
  • Be returned in the same country of purchase (cross country returns are not permitted)

How do I make a return?

For items bought in store:

Store purchases can be returned to any store in the same country you purchased from.

Store purchases can be returned online in the same country as the store you purchased from - please contact Customer Service to initiate this.

For ‘Breuninger’ stores in Germany and stores in Lithuania, Estonia, South Korea, the United Arab Emirates: Store purchases need to be returned the original store you purchased from.

For items bought online:

  1. Log in to Suitsupply.com and select the order you want to return items from.
  2. Choose the item(s) you want to return.
  3. Follow the instructions to schedule a free UPS pickup or select a UPS drop-off point.
  4. Attach the return label included in your initial order.
  5. Wait for pickup or drop off your parcel(s).
