Return shipments typically take a few days to reach our warehouse, depending on your location.

Once your return arrives at our warehouse:

• Return processing: Up to 5 business days
• Refunds: Issued 1–2 business days after processing

If a shipment is returned to the sender because it is undeliverable, it will automatically be processed as a return and refunded.

No, the prepaid UPS return label is already included in the parcel we shipped to you.

For orders placed in Outlet Stores, Lithuania, Estonia, South Korea, the United Arab Emirates, and ‘Breuninger’ stores in Germany: These purchases only be returned at the original store you purchased from.

No, full suits have to be returned together. Identify a full suit by its product code, which begins with SNS or P (e.g., SNS00250 or P7232).

Only suits from the Mix & Match Collection can be returned as individual pieces.

Yes, it is possible to cancel your retrun request as long as the return has not yet been shipped back to us or completed in-store. To cancel your return request, please contact Customer Service.

You can schedule a pickup on the UPS website using your return label tracking number. Simply follow the instructions under “Need a collection?” on the UPS website.

You may also drop off your parcel(s) at a UPS Access Point.
